Service Description

Prepare to lead your schools and districts through targeted school improvement. We will train up to 6 of your staff to walk schools and districts through data-based needs assessment, creation of improvement plans that close achievement gaps AND meet all ESSA guidelines, and implementation of improvement efforts. We provide your staff with all the necessary know-how, presentation materials, and tools to be successful. In addition, we facilitate support networks throughout the school year.
