Our team will prepare you to lead your schools and districts through targeted school improvement. We will train your ROE staff to:

  • Walk schools and districts through data-based needs assessment (including the required IBAM rubric) 

  • Facilitate the creation of improvement plans that close achievement gaps AND meet all ESSA guidelines

  • Support implementation of improvement efforts. 


We will provide your staff with all the necessary know-how, presentation materials, and tools to be successful. In addition, we will facilitate regular support networks for your trained ROE staff throughout the school year.
